We do not ship flowers.

Orders & Payment

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially for same-day or next-day deliveries.

Local Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is available only within designated local areas.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • Delivery fees and minimums may apply.

  • If a recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, flowers may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion unless otherwise specified.

Pickup orders must be collected during the selected pickup window.

Perishable Goods & Refunds

Flowers and plants are perishable items.

Because of their nature:

  • All sales are final once an order has been delivered or picked up.

  • We do not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order (such as damage or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can review and address the issue where appropriate.

Events, Workshops & Tickets

Ticketed events and workshops are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Tickets are not transferable unless explicitly noted. Event details, dates, and locations are subject to change, and customers will be notified if changes occur.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery or pickup location, in accordance with applicable laws.
