Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, we maintain the following refund policy.

All Sales Are Final

All floral arrangements, plants, and add-on items are final sale once delivered or picked up.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order — such as damage or quality concerns — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable

Each concern is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Replacements & Store Credit

At our discretion, we may offer:

  • A replacement arrangement, or

  • Store credit

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only in cases where we determine the issue was within our control.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in progress.

  • Same-day and next-day orders are typically not eligible for cancellation.

  • Event, holiday, and custom orders may have additional restrictions.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change — we will do our best to accommodate when feasible.

Event Tickets & Workshops

Tickets for events, workshops, or classes are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the event page.
